Group Meditation Class

Perfect for those new to meditation, a group setting can help you set the tone for your own individual practice. Group sessions can be scheduled in your home, workplace or outdoor setting. Keep in mind the location should be somewhere you feel comfortable and are less likely to be distracted. It should also be place where you won't feel on display. You want all of your attention to be free for meditation.

Individual Mindfulness Guidance

Tailored to meet your individual needs, this one-on-one program helps you learn to calm your mind and body to help you cope with illness, pain, and stress. The principal focus of this meditation is "mindfulness," which is a focus only on things happening in the present moment. By doing so you will also gain immediate access to your own powerful inner resources for insight, transformation, and healing. Especially helpful for those coping with depression, anxiety or post-traumatic stress disorder.

Reiki

Usui Reiki is a healing modality using Ki, or universal life force energy, to balance and heal the mind, body and spirit.. This therapeutic form of healing enhances the body's ability to relax and heal itself and restore Ki (life force energy) into your body, balancing the chakras and removing energy blocks.
