Welcome to Spokane Mindfulness, formally Coeur Meditation. I am Rosie Michaelis, owner and meditation instructor. I was first introduced to meditation 20 years ago as a holistic way to manage post-traumatic stress. Even at such a young age I could greatly see and feel the difference meditation made in my life.
After many years of practicing meditation, I chose to become a meditation instructor and obtain my certification in guided meditation, specializing in Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction.
Mediation can help you find balance in your day to day life and instill a sense of calmness and inner peace that not only benefits your emotional well-being but your overall health.
At Spokane Mindfulness we offer guided meditation for all levels of experience in both group settings as well as individual guidance right in the comfort of your own home, office or venue. The principal focus of our meditation is the art of “Mindfulness” which focuses on the present moment to promote self-awareness and clarity. All meditations are instilled with loving kindness, compassion, joy and equanimity.
